At Unite Us Consulting we are passionate about business and innovation led solutions to sustainable development, and we believe that a better world for all happens when business, government, and non-profits work together for creative and holistic solutions to social and environmental challenges.

Unite Us Consulting was founded in 2020 by Lana Lovasic, after her move back to Croatia from having spent the past decade living and working in Southern Africa. Lana has a varied background and experience as consultant, impact investor, and leader in several social enterprises. She is a strategist and innovation for impact expert, and has previously run an incubator/accelerator in South Africa. She has lived and worked all over the world, including in Japan, Canada, Switzerland, Croatia, and South Africa. Lana's previous clients include the ILO, European Union, British Council, South African Government, Flanders, Government of Finland, Toshiba, Rio Tinto, Impact Hub Network, Siemens Foundation, and many others.
